Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked online or via text or directly thru WhatsApp messaging. While we strive to honor all bookings, Dilenia Salon is not responsible for scheduling errors. We recommend confirming your opointment in advance.

Service Policy

All services are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary depending on individual factors. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Payments and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice or you will be notified 1 to 3 month before effective. All Payments for services must be made at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, zelle and cards payments and approved digital payments. (ps. When using credits cards and extra fee may apply)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 36 to 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service fee at the discretion of Dilenia Salon.

Refunds and Exchanges

Services are non-refundable once performed. Product refunds or exchanges are available only for unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
